Refund policy

• Unfulfilled orders can be canceled or changed.
  Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or changed.
  If you do not receive the item or the item you received is damaged,
  please contact us and we will solve the problem for you.
• Orders within the EU can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in resalable condition. Our warehouse is located in China; once we receive and inspect the returned goods at the warehouse, we will process a refund for the product amount (excluding shipping fees). You are responsible for covering all shipping and customs fees associated with returning the item to China.
